Introduction :
The holy river Ganges and her tributaries flow past the Four Dams that are located in the state of Uttaranchal in North India. It is believed that Goddess Ganga descended upon the Earth in the form of a River to help the suffering humanity. It was split into four channels that include Alaknanda (in Badrinath), Mandakini (in Kedarnath), Bhagirathi (in Gangotri) and Yamuna (in Yamunotri).
Each of the Four Dhams is blessed with spellbinding scenic beauty and countless ancient temples. Every year, countless tourists from across the world, visit here in search of peace and tranquility
Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar, 210 Kms. Drive (5 – 6hrs)
Arrive Delhi and transfer to Haridwar by Road,lunch enroute . On arrival in Haridwar, Check in Hotel to relax. Evening free or visit Har Ki Pauri.

Day 02: Haridwar – Barkot. 230kms. Drive (7 – 8 hrs)
Depart from Haridwar early morning and take lunch on the way in Mussoorie. Restart your journey and reach Barkot in the evening after visiting Kempty Falls on the way. On arrival, check in hotel.

Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot. 30 kms Drive / 10 km by jeep/ 5 kms trek.
Again after an early breakfast leave for Hanuman Chatti (Drive 32 kms ) to start your journey. Take a local jeep to reach Phool chatti. Arrive at Yamunotri and pray at temple and also take a holy Achman to start your most sacred pilgrimage to Char Dhams. Come back to Phool Chatti in the evening to return back to hotel and relaxation at the hotel. Overnight: Hotel
Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi – Gangotri (3048 m) 200 kms Drive (7 – 8 hrs)
After a relaxed breakfast leave for Gangotri via Uttarkashi. Drive 5 hours (100 km). Following the torrential river up stream, the road winds up the valley past the hot sulphur springs at Gangnani, to climb steeply up a series of hairpin bends to the village of Sukki. Arrive Gangotri. Afternoon free to explore the Gangotri. Thousands of Pilgrims arrive here in summer to wash away their sins in the holy Ganga, it is said that Lord Shiva sat at the base of this fall to take the Ganga into his locks, for otherwise her descent from the heavens would have split the earth.

Day 05: Gangotri – Chirbasa – Bhojbasa 3800m mts. Gaumukh Glacier
An easy walk (14 Km trek). We progress along a picturesque trail initially passes through dense deodar forests before emerging into the wide unforested valley. It then carries on to a small isolated forest of pine at Chirbases, literally the abode of pines.

Day 06: Bhojbasa – Gaumukh (3900m) – Bhojbasa 10 Km in 4h
Trek to Gaumukh, source of the Ganges, the scenery is fascinating, with praying pilgrims and half-naked saddhus meditating along the banks of the tumultuous stream that pours out of the glacier. From here the panoramic view over Shivling (6540m) and the Bhaghirati massifs (above 6500m) is stunning. It is not surprising that saddhus chose this area to meditate in summer time.

Day 07: Bhojbasa – Gangotri Trek – 100 Km drive Uttarkashi
Trek back to Gangotri and drive to Uttarakashi. On arrival Uttarkashi transfer to hotel.

Day 08: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi. 283 kms. Drive (9 – 10 hrs)
After a very early breakfast leave for the longest journey of the trip on the road. Late Lunch en route. On the way see the heritage city of Tehri going down in to the mighty waters of Holy River Ganges, because of the construction of Tehri Dam. After lunch restart your journey and today for the first time see the river beautiful MANDAKINI. Travel along this to reach Guptkashi late in the evening.

Day 09: Guptkashi – Kedarnath. 32 kms Drive, 14 kms trek
After breakfast leave for Gaurikund ( a 32 kms drive one way ) on arrival start your journey on the tough trek ahead. Stop for the lunch en route and restart after that to arrive by late afternoon. On arrival check in hotel. After freshening up perform Pooja and also Darshan at the shri Kedarnath ji. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya samadhi at the back of the temple.

Day 10: Kedarnath – Guptkashi. 14 kms Trek, 32 kms drive
After breakfast start you journey back to Gaurikund and on arrival leave for Guptkashi by road to reach the hotel.

Day 11: Guptkashi – Badrinath 235 kms.(6 – 7 hrs)
After breakfast leave for Badrinath via Chopta & Joshimath, one of the most beautiful sites on the whole trip. Enjoy the beautiful drive through the thick medicinal forest and stop at Pipalkoti for Lunch. Arrive at hotel Badrinath by late afternoon. Evening free in Badrinath. Badrinath temple

Day 12: Badrinath – Pipalkoti 70 kms Drive
After breakfast leave for Shri Badrinath ji, on arrival take the holy Darshan and spend time visiting Mana village the last village before the Tibet border. Come back to hotel (at pipalkoti).

Day 13: Pipalkoti – Haridwar. 250 kms. Drive (9 – 10 hrs)
After breakfast leave for Haridwar and on the way take lunch. Restart and if time permits visit Devprayag (The confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, to become Ganga ). Reach Haridwar in the evening to check in Hotel.

Day 14: Haridwar – Delhi
After breakfast leave for Delhi. Tour ends on arrival in Delhi.
